Hello Eric,
You need the 7plus utility.
If you run BPQ on a raspberry pi, I find this script wich manage the extraction and decoding :
https://github.com/TAj-src/BPQ_7plus/tree/Ver2
It's a little bit tricky to set, but it work.
There is probably easiest solution, but your always need 7plus to encode or decode the files.
