It sounds like a programme worth having. If I do delete a file, I use the
shredder from Spybot S&D but just how good it is I don't know, there are
no details of how it works but it defaults to shredding a file 5 times but
can be set far higher than that.
I do shred some files which might be malware, especially cookies, then
round of with a good Defrag, probably good but not the rapid delete based
on two simultaneous key presses which I saw on that TV prog all those
years ago.
