Hello Ian, and everyone .... YES...thank you that was the
name of the series here on our TVO.   I liked it so much
and it was sad when it ended.

I guess if they had gone to another season and war closing
there wouldn't be a thing for Mr. Foyle to solve or investigate.

 It was tough times after the war, for ex-enemys to really
meet and settle differences they had for the other side.

 Men like Mr. Bader and Mr. Gallant, were so-what friends
even when during the war, just out of respect for each other.

 The biggest problem was events, and who did what, and why
and then I noted here at our local Legion, ex-servicemen
from the otherside to speak, were being made welcome at
our events, and our men were also travelling to Germany
too, so while what happened happened both accepted the lunacy
of war and what happens, and the mistakes made on each side.
