GO-32 replacing ARISS!

Informed by the Master that as the ARISS has now gone into hibernation,
for continued digi's we should reprogram to path: CQ V 4XTECH,QRA,CALLSIGN
and set our Uplink to 145.850Mhz. It is understood that in the doppler and
Downlink and data will go to 144.800Mhz On a vertical aerial the only
power needed is 5w?
However, it is reported by regular Sgates that Msgs to any of the ISS or
ISS-5 or ISS-10 are being digi'd with success for UIV32/APRS only.
