I have no problems to receive it, but I got only carrier without
any information. Carrier has doppler shift and the carrier have
0.5s breaks every aprox 30-40 s similar to carrier excited by
RS-22. But RS-22 sometimes sends telemetry in CW, RS-30 not, or I have
bad luck to got it.
Signals from RS-22 and RS-30 are strong, no problem to copy it
with Diamond dual band vertical and FT-847.
So, try to receive signals from RS-22, because it identifies itself
with RS22 sequence in CW telemetry and if you are able to copy RS-22,
you will be able to copy RS-30.
