I'm using Paxon, too.
With my config (TH-D74 with KISS) over Flexnet, it works like a charm.
Unfortunately, it has a bug with AGWPE, so you can't use it well with
Soundmodem and hs_soundmodem.
But Easyterm is a very good alternative when using soundmodem.
