True almost all statemets. 
To be complete it needs to have at least:

-Send Reply (i.e. SP with or without original msg text)
-Send Comment (i.e. SB with or without original msg text)

but that imply a minimum of msg editor (internal or external
as those - I don't remember their names - used at time of
MSDOS era.

I notice that if you do SR to a bull in jnos.  It responds
with a personal message back to the sender, but if I want
to respond with another bull I can't without creating
a whole new bulletin.  In other softwares I can choose
to followup or comment which replies with a bulletin
instead. Does this exist in JNOS?
