RAFARS DECEMBER NEWS LETTER ON NATIONAL NET.
News Desk was unable to give out the Dec NL on the 80m net on 11 Dec. This
was due to Log skip and QRM from the Continent with fading with G3HWQ and
G2AFV too unreadable both ways. and by 1900hrs the net had to close due to
no communications with anyone on net.

usual, are looking for articles, snippets, stories and your pictures for
the Spring and future Journals.

De-brief Sat 10 December 2011. Number of stations worked 24. RAFARS G7BMQ
on 1100hrs Net G0SDA, G3RAF, G3AZW, G2AFV, G8BVJ, GI4SAM, G0SWO, G4PFR and
GX3DJY. Conditions poor skip on all bands except 15m so GB2RAF went CQDX
and worked VE3WNC K4SUS K8CW on SSB.
Apologies to 1200 and 1300 CW Net members. I forgot to bring the Key from
home following a key service. CW will be back on normal schedules in 2012.
CQ CW DX 14.055 at 1200-1215.
CQ CW on 3.567 at 1300-1315.
GB2RAF will be Operational every 2nd Sat of the Month.
Primary Frequency 3.710Mhz but if 80m is Down we will be found on 7.055Mhz.
Any RAFARS Member can operate the station but contact Terry G4PSH first
for your licence Call-sign confirmation and please bring an ID with you.

30 Mar 2012 Soyuz 30S Manned Spacecraft to/from the ISS crew change.
25 Apr 2012 Soyuz P47 Stores Supply craft only to/from the ISS.
Note - All Soyuz lift off are from Baikonur Cosmodrome, in Kazakhstan.
All missions are subject to delays.
If there are any members who wish to obtain ISS naked eye visual passes
