State Agency Update
	
Fish and Wildlife:
2300 Gallons of water taken to Fish Hawk Lake from St. Helens and Rainier;
two more loads will be going to the area today.  Six to seven trucks are
on stand-by for use.

Willamette Hatchery 2,300 gal tank is disinfected and ready to deploy.  It
would take the driver about 3 hours to travel to E E Wilson Wildlife Area
located in Adair Village North of Corvallis. At E E Wilson the truck will
be triple rinsed and water up with city cater.  Within 2 ½ hrs of watering
up the truck would arrive at St. Helens.

Additional trucks that are ready to rinse and times to arrival at St.
Helens are: Clackamas Hatchery 2,000 gal truck- 4 hrs, Rock Creek Hatchery
2,3,00 gal task- 7 hrs, Cedar Creek Hatchery 450 gal portable 4 X 4
Pick-up-4 hrs, Bty Creek Hatchery 450 gal portable 4X4 Pick-up-3 hrs.

They have several other tanks running from 1,000 gal to 2,800 gal that
could be ready to go within 2-3 hrs notice.

OMD:
Have delivered 1,000 MRE's to the Tillamook fairgrounds.  The drinking
water issue in St. Helens is being worked on. Ongoing missions include
power generation support to various locations in Clatsop and Columbia
Counties. As power comes back on we are looking to turn these back over to
civilian authorities. Three UH-60 helicopter flights scheduled today: 1.
Assessment flight for Governor's staff, 2. Assessment flight for
Representative Wu and 3. Assessment flight for Senators Smith and Wyden.
Shelter at Camp Rilea has been closed; however, Rilea still being used as
storage area for electrical poles being installed by the power company.
LNOs from Yamhill and Tillamook Counties were released as these areas have
returned to normal operations

ODOT:
They have sent flaggers to Vernonia and are in the process of filling
requests to Clatsop and Tillamook.  HWY 34 is closed.

PUC:
Qwest service is back up with scattered outages.  Verizon is reporting
that cell unit -locals can use their phones.  Tillamook PUD has three
substations out, Pacific Corp will fix them.  Cannon Beach has lines
damaged and have received two generators.

DAS:
Non perishable food for Clatsop County, working with corrections.  There
is a need for roofing materials and other supplies for Tillamook.  Trucks
are leaving this am.  A decontamination request was received and is being
worked on.

OSP:  
The radio equipment for Curry County has been delivered, repairs started. 
Tillamook, Clatsop, and Columbia County is on 24 hour patrols.  No report
of serious crime and/or other incidents.

Forestry:
They have 300 MRE's available.

Red Cross:
They have eight shelters with 164 people sheltered.  Damage assessment of
houses for all effected Counties: 63 destroyed, 120 major, 375 minor, 537
affected, 20 inaccessible.  The assessments are between 10- 100% complete.


Health:  
Three drinking water specialists have been sent to St Helens. 

Public Info:
Safety statements have been sent out.

Corrections:  
The Grocery store cleaning is complete per EOC.  CRCI inmate crews have
been assigned to assist with debris removal.  A mobile kitchen is feeding
about 1,200 meals per day.  They have 96 inmates dedicated to debris
removal in Vernonia, and 20 inmates still working on the school.  DOC will
have one full truck of food supplies for Clatsop Co.  DAS is still
identifying what they have available.  Once complete DOC will provide
transportation to the food bank.
