Columbia County:
The St. Helens EOC has co-located with the County EOC. Hwy 47 and 26 are
still closed. One shelter is opened; 50 were sheltered Tuesday night.
Columbia County: Water starting to recede. ONG convoy arrived and linked
up with ODOT and ARC to deliver food supplies to shelters. Three ARES
personnel deployed at County request.
The two objectives established by Vernonia unified incident command for
today are structure assessment and sanitation.
Columbia County received water for Vernonia. The water status has
stabilized.
