Lincoln County.
EOC not activated.
They have power outages in spots throughout the county.
There are no plans for a declaration.
Power and Internet restored to Lincoln City and Roads End area last night.
Power has also been restored to Otis and Rose Lodge.
Long distance phone service is back as well as cell phones.
Lincoln City Community Center is no longer in shelter mode as of this
morning, still providing hot showers to the public. Approximately 20
people stayed overnight and approximately 300 were fed an evening meal.
Restaurants are now opened so no more meals will be given. Also, the
local meals on wheels will be operating today.
The local AM radio station KBCH has returned to the air. It has some
damage at the base of the antenna.
