Clatsop County:
County department heads are working together to re-open US26, US101, and
State Road 202.
There are two shelters open (Camp Rilea and Seaside.) State courts and
local schools closed.
There is limited cell phone service.
Local 911 is working in some areas.
Working to get fuel to the area hospitals, county EOC, and 911 centers.
Power still out through most of the county. Information is being received
via ARES/RACES radio.
National Guard assets moving supplies to Camp Rilea in support of Red
Cross sheltering. Clatsop Co. has requested COWS (satellite phone banks)
from Verizon and Qwest and is expected they will be installed on Thursday.
