This software is designed to read DX Spots from some DX cluster via telnet
protocol and sending as unproto packets on defined kernel ax.25 device.
Unproto packets can be accepted by Kenwood TH-D7E handheld and is reported
that this work also with Kenwood TS-2000 and TH-D72.
