I have been using WinPack for quite some time. I also tried OUTPOST, but
found that while it handles the SP messages quite nicely it really can't
handle Bulletins at all.
WinPack on the other hand has a nice method of sort and handling
Bulletins.
In addition Winpack does a superb job on handling 7+ files.
