I can say Marco is right, I also use WPP successfully with WINE.
Perhaps if you want to try native Linux software, try TNT, it is not
developped anymore, but it is worth giving it a try.
I am using TNT and it works great, even over network. Here I have my packet
station in my shack and can word from my living room, that is really great.
But it is only text-based, no pictures, not windows, but who cares, hihi.
