From some weeks ago , i've heard trafic on 29.250 mhz FM as :
1:Fm NOCALL To CQ <UI F/C Pid=F0 Len=256> [14:30:52R]

sent nearly every 20 seconds . Heard here in S/West France from about 12h UTC till as late as 20h UTC
when propagation is opened ...
Signal is sometimes 52 / 55 , diving down by moments under squelsh limit.
With nothing as a call or GPS coordinates sent , it'shard to identify ...
Wish the operator will find his mistake ! hi
