Exchange:

Send name + prefix

Running Rules:

    * SWL entries please read the SWL Special Rules
    *

      Category

      Power
      	Multiplier
      High legal limit x0.5
      Low 100w max. x1
      Great 20w max. x2
      QRP 5w max x3
      SWL RX Only x0

    * SWL is not mode specific. Any mode counts!
    * Run only single transmitter/ single operator.
    * All stations working outside their call area should add the correct portable identifier. ie M/WM2U would send M0 in his contest exchange, or KF4FHS/7, operating in Washington State would send KF7. This is the official identifier for that station, and MUST be used by the Rx stations.
If the use of a portable identifier is inconvenient to the operator, your contest exchange can use your regular call sign but the prefix must be in the area you are located. ie N3JWJ who lives is MI legally does not need to add an identifier and it's use would be inconvenient in this contest. His exchange should be Darrell-N8
Note: Please follow the laws of the country you are operating from when you attach the identifier as a Prefix or a Suffix.
    * Proper authorized prefixes only. Suffixes indicating maritime or mobile operation or suffixes indicating interim license class prefixes are not valid.
    * Any portable identifiers without numbers must be designated zero (0). EA/N3FX sends EA0 in the contest exchange.
    * Some tricky prefixes for ya! ER2000B counts as ER2000.
      ER27A would be ER27
      3XY8A is 3XY8 and 3XY7C would be 3XY7.
    * No automatic digital mode operation.
    * You want another mode included? please let us know. We could incorporate it for the next contest. This one has gone to press release :)

Operating Modes:

PSK, RTTY, Hell, MFSK, MT63, Throb, ASCII, SSTV and Packet.
Note: Operators can submit more than one mode. These must be separate entries and NOT combined. 'Sub' modes of the parent mode all count as one mode. ie PSK includes PSK10, PSK31, PSK63. RTTY includes 60wpm and 100wpm. MFSK includes OLIVIA. etc. Please submit an OnLine Score Submission Form for each separate parent mode.

Band:

Use the regular digital frequencies/mode on 160,80,40,20,15,10 & 6m.

Score Points:

Stations can be worked once on each band for points.
Each different prefix counts as a multiplier. One time only. Not per Band.
Power Mults: QRP = x3.0, Great = x2.0, Low = x1.0, Legal Limit = x0.5
as defined above.

Total Score:

Total Score = QSO's / band x total different Prefixes x Power Mult.
