It's a hidden feature in the current version of google earth
If you google for 'google earth flight sim' you should
find loads of info on how to get it up depending on your
operating system but once activated it appears in the tools
menu. It is fairly basic with choice of two planes and just
uses a simple head up display superimposed on the google earth
screen. Nothing fancy and no sound. You can fly it with great
difficulty with the keyboard but a simple cheap joystick
should work I'm using a logitech attack 3 which just worked
when I plugged it in.
