Nope. Warren. The Albany Highway did not exist in 1902. People travelled
to Albany on what they called the York Road which came down through the 
Great Southern wheat belt towns Beverley, Brookton, Narrogin etc..and
which terminated in York Street Albany. Albany Highway came comparatively
recently when the Williams Road was extended to Albany.

Why don't you ask me? I could tell you. You would not need to make
assumptions then.
