Discovered a handy free backup progam for both Firefox and Thunderbird.
It is so simple and allows one to put the backups on a removable memory
stick.
One can then tranfer all data back or put it on your spare comuter no
trouble at all.
Just download MOZBACKUP onto any computers you want to keep your
MOZILLA up to date.
