I have had forever and on various IBM compatible computers a niggling
minor nuisance effect, that occurs sometimes when I start Winpac.
If I double click on the start icon too fast, Winpac starts with only
half a screen. So I close it down and take care next time, to more slowly
double click and all is well.
Surely this must be a common problem, so I am looking for comment and
maybe advice on this.
