If you can hear 15 kHz, Andy, your hearing is almost perfect!! I don't
have a hearing aid and I am doing very well for my age when I can hear the
top note on the organ at around 8kHz which is well above speech range,
which cuts off at something over 3 to 4 kHz. I used to be able to hear the
line oscillator on my TV but lost that years ago.
