ich suche zum Zweck einer Funkgeraeterreparatur einen DUAL GATE FET 3SK174.
Dieser Transistor ist in älteren ICOM Funkgeräten verbaut.
Zum Beispiel IC-3210 et....
Wer solch ein Geraet zum Ausschlachten hat, bitte bei mir melden.
