Hi Gervais,
I know that FBB was developed by F6BVP, but I didn't see any new
activity in the XFBB ML since December 2013.
The development of OpenBCM is quite slow, we've seen the patch 12 some
months ago.
I guess that the most updated software is the Mail Application of BPQ.
