One of the nice things about this release is that it fixes bugs with both
the *_filters and with any pg programs you have installed on your FBB BBS.
To help make installing them simple I have made install scripts for both
the Protus4 c_filter system and for the g0lgs m_filter and f_filters.
I also have converted most of the Protus4 files from spanish to english
for a better understanding of the c_filter system and configurations
(which may be tricky!)
