10 Metres was open today. Foreign accent but no callsign given while I was
listening. The sunspot count exceeded 100 this week so things are looking
up. There has been nothing on 10 into this part of OZ for some time that I
have heard. However I have not listened consistently.
VHF DX has been very poor into my region this last summer. I had one good
6 metre opening on Es but no tropo openings on 2 that I detected though I
was not around all the time. Poor season for me, one of the worst for
years.
