Weather delay --- Storm surge and 25 foot waves forecasted Monday
impacting beach prohibiting a landing. Improved
conditions forecasted for Tuesday and Wednesday.
Team in Halifax on stand-by.
Team pre-assembling antennas at hotel in Halifax to shorten time
