Hi All

Well after what seems a long wait and a lot of work by those involved it's time for BDXG's first SES of 2008, GBØGFH commemorating the 300th Anniversary of the "Great Fire of Holt" on the 3rd to the 5th May 2008.

We have contacted as many of the places around the world called "Holt" and where possible suggested skeds, we will also be utilising Echolink for the first time. We’ll be monitoring G8SAU-L (#3108) as a means of linking up with most of the USA "Holts" as well as on HF and the LF bands, please listen out for us and give us a call…

Station Venue = Holt Sports Field and Pavilion, Kelling Road, Holt and for those with Google Earth, nearest postcode is NR25 6TU

We will have 3 HF stations active at times QRV 160m – 10m (all modes), with a minimum of 2 throughout event duration plus we’re monitoring VHF/UHF for local contacts…

Hope to work you over the weekend, please pass on to anyone you might think will be interested…
