Dear:
About our message of date 13 of October, operation of CX/N3BNA in the band
of 60 meters between October 22 and November 13 from Uruguay want to manifest:
1) the Unidad Reguladora de Servicios de Comunicaciones URSEC in a habitual
way sends to all RADIO CLUBS (responsible front the Administration in
watching the bands), copy of different Resolutions directly related with the
amateur radio activity.
2) in this occasion and for unknown reasons the Authorities of URSEC have
omitted to communicate about the "special permission" of N3BNA to operate in
Uruguayan territory in the band of 60 meters, caussing confusion because
this spectrum in the Region 2 is assigned to mobile and fixed services.
For all exposed and regretting this inconvenience informs you that the
operation of CX/N3BNA in 60 meters band is COMPLETELY VALID.
