Dear:
About the operation of CX/N3BNA in the 60 meters band between October 22 and
November 13 from Uruguay is completely invalid because the band of 60 meters
doesn't correspond to the spectrum assigned to the amateur radio in Uruguay.
To see amateur radio regulation and band plans from the web of Regulatory
Agency of Communications Services (URSEC):

aficionados.PDF
According to the following information reported in the bulletin OPDX 980
(see below) and other publications, we exhort to the Authorities, Radio
Clubs and to all amateur radio operators to not stimulating this illegal
activity on 60 meters.

CX, URUGUAY. Dale, N3BNA, will be active again as CX/N3BNA between October
22nd and November 13th. He plans to be active on 60 meters this trip
using a sloping dipole off a tall tower. He may also try a half-square
wave antenna for more gain. QSL via KA2AEV.
