To all radio amateurs
This DX Bulletin is in memory of Kiyoshi "Kan" Mizoguchi, JA1BK (SK). A CQ DX Hall of
Fame member and former IARU Region 3 Director, JA1BK was instrumental in countless
DXpeditions, achieved DXCC Honor Roll on Mixed, Phone, and CW, and established the
ARRL DX Log Archive.

3B9, RODRIGUES ISLAND. Sebastien, FK4AX, is QRV as 3B9HR from July 22 through 28 from
IOTA AF-017. Activity is holiday style on various bands and modes.
8R, GUYANA. Aldir, PY1SAD, is QRV as 8R1TM from Georgetown through July 26. Activity is
on 160 through 6 meters using CW, SSB, digital modes, and satellite.
9Y, TRINIDAD. Ishmael, 8P6PE, operates as 9Y4/8P6PE from July 25 through August 9.
Activity is on 80 through 10 meters from POTA locations using HF.
CT, PORTUGAL. Members of ARAM and Spanish operators will activate Insua Island (EU-150)
during the RSGB IOTA Contest. Activity includes HF plus VHF/UHF using SSB and FM.
E5, SOUTH COOK ISLANDS. Steve, ZL2KE, is QRV as E51KEE through August 14, primarily on
CW with some SSB. Activity is on HF bands. Steve, ZL4CZ joins as E51CZZ beginning
July 26, operating SSB only.
HF0, SOUTH SHETLAND ISLANDS. Rafal, SQ4O, continues to operate HF0PAS from King George
Island, IOTA AN-010, through October. Activity is on various bands on modes
I, ITALY. The IP1X team will be QRV from Gallinara Island, IOTA EU-083, on July 25 and 26.
Activity will be on 10 through 80 meters using CW and SSB, including the RSGB IOTA Contest.
IH9, PANTELLERIA ISLAND. IH9/IT9BLB will be active during the RSGB IOTA Contest on HF.
OY, FAROE ISLANDS. Chris, G3WVG, is QRV as OY/G3WVG during the RSGB IOTA Contest.
Activity is on HF.
PJ4, BONAIRE. Fred, K9VV, will be QRV as PJ4WW during the RSGB IOTA Contest.
Activity includes HF contest operation.
S7, SEYCHELLES. Members of the Seychelles Amateur Radio Club are expected to operate
as S77HQ and S77SARA from IOTA AF-024 during the RSGB IOTA Contest.
SV9, CRETE. Mischa, HB9EMP, remains QRV as SV9/HB9EMP through July 23. Activity is
primarily CW on HF.
TK, CORSICA. Antoine, F5RAB, and Gil, F4FET, will be QRV as TK5K during the RSGB
IOTA Contest on HF.
VK0, ANTARCTICA. David, VK2JDS, is QRV as VK0DS from Davis Station through October.
Activity on 40, 30, 15, and 10 meters using FT8. 6-meter EME activity possible.
VK9W, WILLIS ISLAND. Sands, VK4WXW, is QRV as VK9WX through late October.
Activity is on 40 through 10 meters, SSB and FT8.
VU4, ANDAMAN ISLANDS. Sarath, VU2RS, is QRV as VU4R from Port Blair, IOTA AS-001,
through July 26. Activity is on HF using SSB and FT8.
THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO. QRP Fox Hunt, NCCC FT4 Sprint, Weekly RTTY Test, NCCC Sprint,
K1USN Slow Speed Test, RSGB IOTA Contest, Alabama QSO Party, and ARS Flight of the
Bumblebees are all scheduled for this weekend.
K1USN Slow Speed Test, QCX Challenge, ICWC Medium Speed Test, OK1WC Memorial (MWC),
QCX Challenge, RSGB FT4 Contest, ICWC Medium Speed Test, Worldwide Sideband Activity
Contest, QCX Challenge, ICWC Medium Speed Test, Tuesday's Telegraphy Contest, Phone
Weekly Test, A1Club AWT, CWops Test (CWT), Mini-Test 40, Mini-Test 80, and CWops
Test (CWT)are on tap for July 27-29.
