Some folks from EU have an idea on how to build a new
and secured DXCluster Network in order to take out spammers,
haters, pirates.
Great initiative! It's currently working as PoC.
The DXCluster I manage, for example, now requires authentication
with username/password and it's accessible via SSH along with Telnet.
Are you a DXCluster SysOp ? If yes, you should read this document.
