This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
NC1L, QRZ DX, the OPDX Bulletin, DXNL, 425 DX News, The Daily DX,

sites.  Thanks to all.

MALDIVES, 8Q.  Stavros, 5B4AFM is QRV as 8Q7FM from the Lhaviyani
Atoll, IOTA AS-013, until February 19.  Activity is on 40 and 30
meters using CW and SSB.  QSL via M0BBB.

GHANA, 9G.  Rob, PA3DEW and Vincent, PA3FQX will be QRV as 9G1AA
from Dormaa Ahenkro beginning February 14.  They plan to be active
on 20 meters around 1600z.  QSL via PA3ERA.

TONGA, A3.  Bert, CX3AN will be QRV as A35HA from Tongatapu Island,
IOTA OC-049, beginning February 14 for one week.  Activity is on 40
to 6 meters, with an emphasis on 30 and 17 meters, using CW and SSB.

CAPE VERDE, D4.  Girts, YL2KL will be QRV as D4C as a Single Op/All
Band/Low Power entry in the CQ WW WPX RTTY contest.  QSL via CT1ESV.

ESTONIA, ES.  Station ES5Q will be a Multi/Single entry in the CQ WW
WPX RTTY contest.  QSL via ES5RY.

HUNGARY, HA.  Members of the Puskas Tivadar radio club are QRV from
Bucharest using special event callsign HA130HALLO until March 31 to
commemorate the first telephone usage in Hungary 130 years ago.
Activity is on all bands using mostly CW but also in SSB, RTTY and PSK.
QSL via HA5KHC.

THAILAND, HS.  Champ, E21EIC is QRV as E21EIC/8 from Southern Thailand
until February 16.  This includes an entry in the CQ WW WPX RTTY contest.
Japanese stations QSL via JR5XPG and all others via E21EIC.

PANAMA, HP.  Members of the Radio Club of Panama and the Panama Canal
ARA will be QRV as H81L on February 14 and 15 from the Lighthouse ARLHS
PAN-030 at Miraflores Locks.  Activity will be on all bands and modes.
QSL via HP1RCP.

DESECHEO ISLAND, KP5.  A group of operators are QRV as K5D until
February 26.  Activity is on 160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.
QSL via N2OO.

GREECE, SV.  Demetrius, SV2GWY will be QRV as SX2CM on February 14 and
15 to honor the brothers Cyril and Methodius.  QSL direct to home call.

BELIZE, V3.  Operators AB7RW, AC7UH, KT7G and N7WO are QRV as V31RW,
V31UH, V31TB and V31WO, respectively, until February 24.  This
includes being an entry in the CQ WW WPX RTTY contest as V31TB.

NAMIBIA, V5.  Klaus, DJ4SO will be QRV as V5/DJ4SO from the Matunda
Guest Farm from February 15 to March 12.  Activity will be on 160 to
10 meters using CW, RTTY and PSK.  QSL via bureau.

BRUNEI, V8.  Sam, G4OHX is QRV as V8FHX until February 23.  Activity
is on 80, 40 and 20 meters using mostly CW.  QSL direct to home call.

TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS, VP5.  John, KX7YT and Rob, N1KEZ are QRV as
VP5/homecalls from Providenciales, IOTA NA-002, until February 15.
This includes being entries in the CQ WW WPX RTTY contest.

INDONESIA, YB.  Look for YE1ZAT to be a Multi/Single entry in the CQ
WW WPX RTTY contest.  QSL via bureau.

NICARAGUA, YN.  Operators K8DD, AC8W, N8LJ, KB8TXZ will be QRV as
YN2DD, YN2WW, YN2LJ and YN2TX from February 17 to 24.  Activity is
on all bands and modes.  This includes an entry in the upcoming ARRL
DX CW contest as YN2DD.  QSL via operators' instructions.

OPERATIONS APPROVED FOR DXCC CREDIT.  The following operation is
approved for DXCC credit:  Chad, TT8JT, 2008 operation.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The CQ World Wide RTTY WPX Contest, NCCC
Sprint, North American SSB Sprint, YLRL YL-OM Contest, PODXS 070
Club Valentine Sprint, New Hampshire QSO Party, Asia-Pacific Spring
CW Sprint, Dutch PACC Contest, KCJ Topband CW Contest, Louisiana QSO
Party, OMISS SSB QSO Party, FISTS Winter CW Sprint and RSGB 1st 1.8 MHz
CW Contest will certainly keep contesters busy this upcoming weekend.
The Run for the Bacon QRP Contest is scheduled for February 16.
The AGCW Semi-Automatic Key Evening is scheduled for February 18.
