DXCC NEWS. Bill Moore, NC1L, ARRL Awards Branch Manager, reports: "This
is a reminder to all DXCC program participants that the deadline for the
2013 calendar year ends on Tuesday December 31, 2013. In order to appear
in the Annual Listing, published in the electronic version of the DXCC
Yearbook, you must have your submission postmarked no later than December
31, 2013. Since the DXCC workload usually peaks around this time each
year I recommend that applicants not wait until the last minute to get
their submissions in. Besides being the heavy period for DXCC, keep in
mind that it is also around the holidays so the post office can contribute
to any delays in getting mail to DXCC." For more and complete details,

NOT THE QSL MANAGER/ROUTE (Update/Retraction). Last week we reported
that Petr, OK1DOT, announced that RW6HS is not the QSL Manager for
several listed DX stations in OPDX.1135. Since then, we now are reporting
to disregard that information. It would seem that there is some kind of
problem/feud between Petr, OK1DOT, and Vasiliy, RW6HS. Through certain
sources, it has come to light that the list of stations mentioned refute
the claims of OK1DOT, and even several of the stations have stated that
RW6HS is their QSL Manager and are very pleased with his services. OPDX
would expect when receiving information from the ham community that the
details are being sent honestly and correctly, especially if the ham is
well known. Apparently this was not the case.
Z21DXI ONLINE LOG (ClubLog). Tom, SP5UAF, reports: "For some years we
had our own online log, but since the first Z21DXI activity in 2002 many
new great HAM tools appeared. So after some emails with Mirek, SP5IXI,
it was decided to upload all Z21DXI QSOs to the ClubLog. Thanks to G7VJR
for all ClubLog fantastic tools and features. Z21DXI log is now available
at ClubLog together with the OQRS tool (for bureau or direct cards). Log
will be updated every few days. =

ZC4LI LOG UPDATE. Phil, G3SWH, reports: "Just a quick note to let you
know the current status of Steve, ZC4LI's, and current logs. I have
uploaded to both LoTW and Club Log all the logs that I can find for:
5B4/G0LII, 5B4AHA, C4C, G0LII, G7G, G8G, M0ADU, MX0ADU and ZD8LII.
There are log searches available for all these calls on my Web site:
http://www.g3swh.org.uk
Steve was not an RSGB member and following the decision by the RSGB QSL
Bureau not to process outgoing cards for non members, paper QSLs for
this station are ONLY available DIRECT or via the OQRS facility on my
Web site. I am still working on the log for ZC4LI as it consists of
several hundred individual files in a variety of different formats and
it is taking a lot of time to convert it to a single format. It should
be available in a few weeks time. 73 for now....."
