NEW LoTW Software Available (Update): As of May 30th, TQSL 1.14.1 is
now ready to download. For more details and the download for the fixed
  version, go to: http://www.arrl.org/logbook-of-the-world

The GoList reports: "Buzz, NI5DX, is now the QSL Manager for Tim,
5R8Z. Tim is a missionary in Madagascar and has very limited internet
service. He has been uploading his log to LoTW when internet service
allowed but had not been sending printed cards because of the cost
involved and postal difficulties from Madagascar. Tim will return to
South Carolina for 6 months beginning in June. During that time he
will try to get his paper log transferred into a computer log program.
This will take some time as it is not at the top of his priority list
while home. Buzz and Tim will also design a card that will be printed
  by UX5UO."

The GoList reports: "Buzz, NI5DX, is now the QSL Manager for Iwan,
YE1NZ. Iwan, whose home call is W7NZ, will be working in Indonesia for
Marriott for at least 2 years. He will forward his past logs to Buzz
immediately. Iwan has some QSL cards he is presently using. If the
cost to ship a supply to Texas is not too expensive, he will send some
to Buzz. If that costs too much, the two will design a new card that
will have to be printed. It will take about 6 weeks before Buzz has
cards in hand to reply to requests."
