Z6, KOSOVO. The following was reported on QRZ.com [edited]:
  "FROM PHRISTINA TODAY 2012-10-25.
LATEST FROM THE REPUBLIC OF KOSOVO, Z60WW

Mission Goodwill Kosovo is an alliance of several nationalities in
their mission to bring Kosovar hams back on the air after more than a
twenty years hiatus. The initial Z60K activity was to launch Amateur
Radio in this fledgling republic of two million people. Their Amateur
Radio association (SHARK) is now fully registered and its initial member-
ship is expected to reach fifty (50) this year. You may read about some
of their first operators on the QRZ.com Website: Z61AJ, Z61DD, Z61DX,
Z61FF, Z61VB.
Today SHARK has announced plans for their first participation in the
CQWW DX Contest, as Z60WW, using two stations in the multi-two category
and employing a multi-national team in addition to their own members.
The station has an impressive lay-out with a good location in the capital,
Pristina, using a beam antenna and two K3s with amplifiers. This is the
first time for the Z6 prefix and the Republic of Kosovo will appear in
any contest thus everyone is urged to update their CTY files. Usage of
80m is now allocated as of today for the first time.
  Operators will be: Ali/Z61DD, Driton/Z61DX, Feti/Z61FF, Stein/LA4MIA,
Martti/OH2BH, Dusan/S52DD and Teemu/SM0W.
QSLs for this operation via OH2BH."
