is Stan/KH6CG. Their license covers from 160 to 6 meters, so the guys will
be active on all bands and modes, and they are even considering the possi-
bility of working on 60m and 6m. The QSL Manager will be Paolo, IV3DSH.

DXPEDITION VIDEOS OF THE WEEK (New Feature). With more and more DXpeditions
putting their videos on YouTube and other Web services, we decided to list
them (possibly) each week. For this week's listings, we thought to list
and prepare you for the upcoming NH8S Swains Island DXpedition:
       * Swains Island Aerial Assessment (an unlisted video):
         http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3DnttO7LX-EAY
       * A team from National Marine Sanctuaries visit Swains Island:
         http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Dz0piF9O-1OI&
       * 2006 KH8SI Swains Island DXpedition:
         http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3DNZ-YBZT0W1s
       * Interesting documentary of Olohega or Swains Island. The island
was annexed to the United States. Its former inhabitants were
evicted almost sixty years ago from their island and long to
return. They claim it belongs to the Tokelau Islands.

E5, SOUTH COOK ISLANDS. Operators Wayne/N6NB and Carrie/W6TAI will be
active as E51YNB and E51TAI, respectively, from Rarotonga Island (OC-013)
for the IARU HF World Championship (July 14-15th). Activity is expected
to start a few days before and after the contest. Operations will be
on 40-15 meters SSB only. Wayne tells OPDX, " If all goes well we'll
have an IC-7000 and a THP HL-550FX amp (500 watts), with a TH2 (Hy-Gain
2-element tribander) plus a dipole for 40. We may pass on 80 because
the noise level there was extremely high when we were in Rarotonga for
the ARRL Phone DX Contest." QSL both callsigns via N6NB. Read about their
first operation at: http://commfaculty.fullerton.edu/woverbeck/e51ynb.htm

1417) between August 10-20th. Activity will have a special focus on 6
meters, but he will also be active on all bands from 80-6 meters. He
states that he will be bring his THP amp for 500w, so his signals should
be good with the Hexbeam. QSL via VE2XB (see QRZ.com).

IOTA NEWS..............
AS-120. Members of the Nicosia Amateur Radio Club were expected to
activate the "Agios Georgios" islet off the coast of Akamas,
Cyprus, as C4MG this past weekend. QSL via 5B4KH.

EU-016. Brani, OM2FY, will be active as 9A/OM2FY from Brac Island
during the RSGB IOTA Contest (July 28-29th) as a Single-Op/
           DXpedition/CW-Mode/24H entry. QSL via OM2FY.

EU-031. Gian, IC8WIC, will be active from Capri Island during the
RSGB IOTA Contest (July 28-29th) as a Single-Op entry. QSL
via his home callsign or by the Bureau.

  EU-038. Operators Paul/PA3FUN, Jerry/PH9HB, Jan/PD1AIQ and Bram/PE1OPK
will be active as PA6NH from Texel Island during the RSGB IOTA
           Contest (July 28-29th) as a Multi-Op/Mixed-Mode/Low-Power entry.
           QSL via PA6NH (see QRZ.com).

EU-046. Wolfgang, DM2AUJ, will be active as LA/DM2AUJ from Senja Island
between June 24-28th. Activity will be on the HF bands on or
around the usual island and IOTA frequencies. QSL via his home
callsign, by the Bureau or direct.

EU-076. Wolfgang, DM2AUJ, will be active as LA/DM2AUJ from Lofoten
Island between June 30th and July 10th. Activity will be on
the HF bands on or around the usual island and IOTA fre-
quencies. QSL via his home callsign, by the Bureau or direct.

EU-112. (Cancelled!) Members of the GMDX Group (Scotland's DX Associ-
ation) planned to activate GB5SI from Shiant Isles [House
Island) between June 15-22nd. Reason for it being cancelled
           was not provided.

EU-124. Members of the Strumble Head DX and Contest Group (SHDXCG)
will once again be activating Ramsey Island between July
12-16th. Activity will be on all bands from 40-6 meters using
2 Hexbeams and a Windom. This year they are hoping to have a
station dedicated to the Digital modes, mostly RTTY, using a
TS480 at 200w and one of the Hexbeams. They have also analyzed
their logs and seen that there is a shortage of contacts with
North and South America, and also the countries around the
Caribbean. They have looked at the terrain and the location
of the antennas with a view to getting one Hexbeam a little
higher to clear a small ridge that blocks the westernly
direction allowing these contacts to be made. As usual, QSL
via the manager Tim, M0URX, (see www.m0urx.com) using his
OQRS system for a speedy turn around. Logs will be uploaded
to LoTW and Clublog as soon as they get back to the mainland.
All details and (hopefully) a daily blog will be available on
           their Web site at: http://www.mc0shl.com
The team has also advised that they will operate from their
farm HQ if they are unable to make the crossing to the island
due to bad weather but will announce on air if this is the
           case.

  EU-178. Operators Dominik/SQ7OXU, Constantin/RD1AR, Sergey/UA1ANA and
Jack/SP7DPJ will be active as ES0W from Ruhnu Island between
July 26-30th. Activity will include the RSGB IOTA Contest
           (July 28-29th) as a Multi-Op/Mixed-Mode/Dxpediton/Low-Power
entry. Antennas will be a Hexbeam and Inverted Vs. QSL via
SP7DPJ, direct or by the Bureau.

NA-029. Operator Ken, K6LA, will operate from Prince Edward Island
in eastern Canada using the VY2TT superstation (Grid Square

           as a Single-Op/All-Band/Mixed/24H entry. QSL via K6LA.

a Single-Op/Mixed-Mode entry. QSL via his home callsign,
direct, by the Bureau or LoTW. Watch for possible updates
on his Blog page at: http://ve8ev.blogspot.com

the RSGB IOTA Contest (July 28-29th) as a Single-Op/Low-Power/
Unassisted/ 12HR entry. QSL via the info on QRZ.com.

OC-135. (Update to OPDX.1066) Han, SM6CVX, plans to be active as P29VCX
