Greetings;
While it appears DynDNS is now beginning to make their services a payable
service (dns hits do take bandwidth that someone has to pay for) it appears
that no-ip is still free according to their website, however for an amateur
it would appear the easiest way would be to get on the amprnet if you're not
already. Unless your ISP changes your IP constantly, this shouldn't be much
of an issue.
