Hi David and all,

I see you've been on the ARRL web site again, no surprise you'd post such
a newsworthy bull BUT there's no need to expound on it. Please David,
that was just another of your famous trolls and frankly I'm just sick to
death with such trolling on both the internet forums and this packet
forum intendes solely to rake up yet another senseless code/no code
debate.

Any ham with a brain knows darn well the CW proficiency test was dropped
because there is no longer a need for a ham to read Morse since the last
CW only commercial station left the ham bands. There's no need to raise
the issue again and those who petitioned the FCC are a bunch of grumpy
old trolls pretty obvious to the FCC which wisely dismissed the lot. It
was their pain bound by law to even bother with going through the process
rather than dumping it in the trash the moment they received it. That's
exactly where any and all "discussion" of such a moot point belongs, in
the trash yet some *^$&(*% insist on whipping a horse so dead it's turned
to dust and blown away.

Rant mode off, I have frogs that need my attention.
