Finally put up a halo antenna above the house for 17 meters.

Monitoring 18.108 USB when it's 'realistic' to do so from VE4 land.

I've been listening 24/7 on 10.147 USB, but I find little to no traffic over
the course of the day, so I figure I'll put it on 17 meters during the day,
then leave it on 30 meters evening, overnight, and morning ? If anyone
can give their experiences with regard to this, please let me know.

As usual I gate APRS to the internet system regardless of frequency.
