Greetings from Western New York! The name here is David (N2YEM) and the Qth
is between Buffalo and Rochester. (Batavia) I am 44 years old married and have
two children. Growing up in the Finger Lakes region there is alot of camping,
fishing, and skiing. Unfortunitly I am not an outdoors person but spent most of
my time doing electronics and playing guitar in my high school band.
After going to a Christian high school I went to Bible college which
opened the door for me to travel through the United States, Canada, and Great
Britain as a audio technician for music groups and special conferences.
Today, I am still into electronics and have been a amateur radio operator
for 15 years. I also am the sysop for the W2RCX-R echolink node here in
Batavia, N.Y. Stop by some time! I am a guitar teacher and play weekly in
church and for special events. On occasion I will do music recordings for
family, friends, and myself in my home studio above my garage. Being from the
German descent I would like to find out if there are some of my long lost
relatives from the German state of Rhineland?
