Yes we can. But I suspect that the
whole bands don't react well this
winter. I've worked with west-side
stns,NR9RV in MT,KO7AA in AZ etc
on 15m At ARRL DX CW test around
2200~2300z, by only 1w QRP power.
But all the stns we could contact
was the so-called Big Gunner using
high gained & heightened ant.
If you name the freq & time you prefer
I'll try & stand-by the freq.
