It can be used by Winpack in the html library when a html message is
received.
It is a very simple gif I made. I'm sure someone more artistic
(less autistic like me, HI) can draw a much better one with movement
animation & more colours. The specification would be to keep the file size
down to 2 kB or less so it can be sent over AX25 Packet as required.
