living there and escaping the winters of Quebec.

They have a new pastime in Quebec City and I wonder if this
is in other places in Quebec...during their fantastic Big
Winter Carnaval ... they have flooded the narrow streets
in the city...and they have a competition to see who can
not only make it to the bottom of the course, but also
in what amount of time.
It was on TV ...and reminded me of a Walt Disney ...
but then Walt would have been a proud Cannuck...which he
was...eh?
