Hi Bob and all,
Canada doesn't have a large French population, Quebec does and it's not
part of Canada or at least the Quebecois seem to think so. Periodically
they try to make it official but have about the same chance as Australia
becoming a republic.
Whe Welsh flag wouldn't be recoginized as a national flag? EH? Since when
is it NOT a national flag? Just because it's part of the UK doesn't mean
it's not a nation like Ireland, Scotland, Yorkshire and the Republic of
New Albania.
