MARS - Traffic System Interoperability Exercise:

The MARS COMEX, in which message traffic originating within Army and
Air Force MARS networks is transferred to the traffic system for relay
and routing to the "last mile," continues through the month of
October. So far, reports of the performance of RRI Radio Operators
and nets have been very positive. Please keep a heightened level of
awareness for MARS messages transferred into RRI/NTS networks and
ensure that they are relayed and delivered promptly. If you require
guidance, please see the Exercise Plan and Refile Instructions here:

RRI Webinars a Big Success....

Over the past two weeks, RRI presented its "Introduction to RRI and
the Inter-national traffic system" Webinar on two different dates.
Total registrations were 197 individuals. So far, feedback from
attendees has been very positive. In the coming weeks, we will be
offering both our "Emergency Communications Planning" class, TR-006
and we will also be repeating the "Introduction to RRI and the
Inter-national traffic system" class, TR-002 during some evening and
weekend sessions to accommodate those with varied work or personal
schedules.

Please keep an eye open for these upcoming classes. If you would like
more information on the RRI Training Curriculum, please see this
document:
