Any one have the 512k memory chip for the KPC-3+? If not you know where

I think any standard 512K x 8 static RAM should work. Seems the DIP
versions are getting rare, though. Here's one at Jameco but it's about $20:

I've got a whole tube of SRAMs here that cost a fraction of that and
would probably work only they're surface mount types and you'd have to
solder them to an adapter. Even the surface mount chips were hard to
find in a 5-volt version.
