Hello all, and Terry G4UEQ if you are still following the thread.
I answered Terry's posting with my own, and then I got an message
from Warren KB2VXA, about the same time he stuck his skyhook outta
the snow to let us know about the window screen idea, as well
that he was still alive and kicking.
Personally I like the 3 audio recordings Warren sent me, had me in
stiches and a clue to the funny ones he had in his area.
I refer the window screen too, but then the radials are stored
easy. Forgot and reminded by Warren of the other factors to
be considered with the 4 radials. A check of the Antenna handbook
will better explain. Put up with the storing problem, go the
window screen method.
OBTW...anone wanting a copy of those recrdings can email me...
