Yes, exactly the same as yours and as the amsat file.

Both PCsat32 and HRD calculate same AOS & LOS but signal remains audible
after predicted LOS.

There appears to be a difference between the amsat.org (amateur.txt) and
celestrak (nasabare.txt) files.

Do there agree with your "latest keps"?

Hello all,

I updated the website and have all the telemetry information updated
with equations where needed. I'm sure there will be more info I need to
post. That will come as I get time.

My keps are direct from Space-Track a couple of times a day.

I tracked the two last passes with different TLE to be sure.

Frequency has been changed to 145.825MHz.

Still transmitting 30 seconds of silent carrier at 3 minute intervals.

That matches what I was tracking at least on Pollux. I tried 09038F
yesterday and never got clear signal.

It would be great to see another launch facility available.

I am not aware that they have any track record so it may be a while before
they achieve a reliable launch capability.

The big drawback at present is that the website says the Tubes would re-enter
the atmosphere after a few weeks.. They quote an orbit of 310 km.

While I can see a significant market for filling the Tubes with peoples ashes
so they can burn up in the atmosphere but I'm not convinced their target orbit
would be of any real use for Amateur Radio communications.

Anyway I wish them well, the more launch providers the better.

Using Object G as posted by Nigel Sunday (Aug 2nd)
and freq 145.827 (plus doppler correction over that),
I have todays results as below.

At the start/end of a pass mostly POLLUX, and in the middle mostly Castor
Most likely this has to do with difference in freq and the sats moving out.

Anyone a most scientific view on this :-) ?
Henk, PA3GUO

ps1: I took 145.827 as the middle between the two, based on Ken's observation.
ps2: I stripped the data parts from the telemetry below (for this discussion)

Henk,

the problem is that the assignment changed on spacetrack.org. If you use the
"old" TLE and the objects belongs to this TLE the confusion is complete.
Your old E is now D... etc.

old C -> now F
old D -> now C
old F -> now G
old G -> now E

It's not the first time that happens!

I tracked with the following TLE and got excellent results -> see the graphs
on my SatBlog.

Betreff: ANDE2 reception observations (PA3GUO Aug 3rd, 2009)

Using Object G as posted by Nigel Sunday (Aug 2nd)
and freq 145.827 (plus doppler correction over that),
I have todays results as below.

At the start/end of a pass mostly POLLUX, and in the middle mostly Castor
Most likely this has to do with difference in freq and the sats moving out.

Anyone a most scientific view on this :-) ?
Henk, PA3GUO

ps1: I took 145.827 as the middle between the two, based on Ken's
observation.
ps2: I stripped the data parts from the telemetry below (for this
discussion)

Keep in mind that ISS, PCSAT-1 and the ANDE-2 satellites are all transmitting
packet on 145.825 and can be in proximity of each other. www.ariss.net shows
no packet activity from ISS in over 4 days.

I've posted an SSTV report (such as it was) to http://ariss-
sstv.blogspot.com/. Hopefully the experiment will have longer lasting results
tomorrow.
