All,
I heard AggieSat-2 in all passes but weak signal - periodic bursts every 20
seconds. No information about modulation from the team :-(
Nothing heard from BEVO-1.

Hi Mike,
In principle yes, you might have some packets that other people have
missed.
The problem is that the packets are time-stamped when they go into the
database within a few seconds of actual receipt. (propagation time
across the internet).
So in reality, if there is a delay of more than a couple of minutes it
could cause problems.
Better to decode and publish here for the moment, I think.

Here are 3 packets decoded by Mike, DK3WN:
2009-07-31 13:19:31.750 UTC: from POLLUX-1 to CQ via TELEM:> MEMS
2009-07-31 13:19:58.270 UTC: from POLLUX-1 to CQ via TELEM:> SYST
2009-07-31 13:20:37.730 UTC: from POLLUX-1 to CQ via TELEM:> MEMS
Based on these I conclude the following transmission periods:
MEMS > SYST: 27 seconds (58-31)
SYST > MEMS: 39 seconds (37-58)
Total: 27 + 39 = 66 seconds for a complete package (the 33 seconds is an
average therefore)
This corresponds with my audio analysis, which btw also shows Castors 30
seconds period:
http://www.pa3guo.com/ande2_periods_31jul09.jpg
(you see in the spectrum the various packets from Castor & Pollux)

My satgate should be gating them as well.
Anyone having a mail address where the packets should go? Their site
does not contain one.

If you take a look at the spectrum you can see the following issues:
# TX frequency of Pollux is 1.5..2 KHz higher than Castor
# RF signal of Castor is weaker than Pollux
# intervals are not constant (maybe it depends on MEMS or SYST packet)
# TLE are bad ;-)

Hi Folks,
Does anyone know if these sats are sending FX.25 yet? I havnt found much on
the
web about FX.25, but it sounds exptremely cool.
The https://goby.nrl.navy.mil/ANDE/Amateur_Radio.html web site refers to a
FX.25
decoder. Is this yet available, I wonder?

AS usual we are catching up. We are planning to work on the FX25
software tonight on some new hardware so we can release schematics and code.

Do these look good.
I believe there were 3 sundry items of hardware ejected.

If we extrapolate the orbits forward a few days, they come over in the
following order.
D, C, E, F, G.
That gives us the order of their respective masses.
Whoever built it should be able to tell us which bits are which.
